GETTING SUPPORT FROM SID POLO 2

There are four ways to ask help from SID Polo 2:
  • e-mail to: help.polo2@sid.unipi.it. In this way you open a ticket.
    a robot answers the message, and SID logs your request for a software or hardware assistence.
  • e-mail to: polo2@sid.unipi.it. No direct intervention is asked but you can ask a question or query for some information.
    The first technician of SID Polo 2 who sees the message will answer.
  • go in person to SID Polo 2 premises. (see map)
    Opening time Monday-Friday 12.30-13.30
  • call 0502213190 (or 23190 inside University)
    True emergencies only!

Please, do NOT call on SID Polo 2 for help on non pertinent matters.
